Our equity investments are primarily funded internally, allowing us to stay true to our values and focus on long-term, high-level execution.

We can design assets that will meet the long-term needs of the local market, and we can move quickly on opportunities in well-located, under-utilized parcels of land, partnering with landowners and cities to acquire all appropriate government approvals.
