Ken Picerne

CEO & Founder

Ken Picerne is the CEO of the Picerne Group, which he founded in 1988 after working alongside his family at Picerne Real Estate Group. There, as the company’s COO, he was directly responsible for the construction and development of 12,000 luxury apartments throughout Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and New England.

In 2004, Ken formed the Picerne Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to investing in the greater good of the local community. Over the years, the foundation has donated well over $10 million to various programs and has a current value in excess of $40 million. Beyond his charitable contributions through the Picerne Foundation, Ken has served on numerous business and charitable boards.
