In 2013, The Picerne Group purchased a development site in the urban, gentrifying City Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The site is in a supply constrained area that is close to 10,000 medical jobs and adjacent to City Park, a 330 acre park that includes a zoo, museum, lakes and a golf course. The Picerne Group established relationships with local politicians, adjacent homeowners and residents to command strong support for entitling this new luxury apartment community.
